watertight sliding doors can be supplied with either a manual-or an electro-hydraulic operating system, depending on the type of vessel and the applicable IMO/SOLAS and other regulations.
Class Ⅱ doors-----manual-hydraulic operation: The manual-hydraulic doors are operated by means of hand pumps situated locally on both sides of the door and remotely in the emergency station.
Class Ⅲ doors-----electro-hydraulic operation: The electro-hydraulic doors are operated by electric push buttons situated locally at the door as well as on the wheelhouse “mimic panel”. For emergency operation there are hand pumps locally at the doors as well as in the emergency station.
The pump can put beside the door on the upper deck.
Each door can operate by a hydraulic cylinder or two hydraulic cylinders.
The electro-hydraulic operated door or system can be chosen between " centralized system" (many doors, 1centra power pack) and an "individual system" (each door has its own small power pack).
★Note: If having the limitation of weight to the Hydraulic Watertight Sliding Doors, we can design and produce them to the structure, and according to the Rules.
